Winter Walk at George Burke Park

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻–𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸. Although we can walk there from our place, we drove this time, due to the icy-cold weather that day. Crossed the creek (carefully!) for views from both sides. Always amazed at the beauty, denseness, and wild feeling of this forest, right in the middle of our city! Some of the white spruce are a phenomenal size! A great place to do some “forest bathing” without having to travel far!
